Good afternoon,


As you may be aware, our web application utilized by our insurance agents was turned off for outside access. On August 24, 2022, Our IT team detected the application had been affected by a security incident. We immediately blocked external access to the application and took it offline. We have also engaged third party forensic specialists to investigate the extent of the activity. To date, there has been no suspicious activity detected on our internal systems. The investigation is in the earliest stages and is currently ongoing.


We have made many changes and are ready to start bringing agents back online. There is an internal process we have completed. Our staff will contact you with your new password and you will be able to resume managing policies and writing new policies via our system. Customers will be limited to their access directly to our system until further notice so all items must be managed via the agent or Alinsco.


Our team will be contacting agents by agency location as quickly as possible beginning today.


Please wait for your call to setup or you can go to our login page enter and select "Forgot Password" - this will send the password to your email associated with the account.


We do not have any additional information to share at this time, but we will keep you apprised of relevant developments as the investigation continues. Please also remember to be vigilant about protecting Alinsco systems and software and to look out for signs of malicious activity, such as emails from unfamiliar addresses and unusual network activity. Additionally, this is a good opportunity to remember to protect your passwords. Reset passwords when needed and do not share, post, or retain them in other places digital or physical.
