RE: Alinsco System Issue

Good Morning.

This weekend our team has been working on an issue within our software. At this moment the issue is not fully understood, and we continue to seek a solution. Until we have a complete resolution, we are unable to provide outside agent access to our system.

However, our team has access from in-office, and we can manage existing policies and claims for you by you calling customer service at 1-877-437-5010.

This would include items such as reinstatements, renewals, and other customer-related needs. We cannot bind a new business policy, but we can assist you with existing policies. We will direct more of our staff to these items to serve you quickly. We understand the inconvenience this causes you. The modern world provides ease but also creates new hurdles. We've been down only briefly in our 19-year history, so I ask for your understanding. You will receive an update as soon as we can provide more information.
