Rate Changes / Unbanked / Halloween

For many years in Non Standard Auto Insurance there was a concern for policy management related to the "unbanked", families opperating without a bank account. Now the percentage of the unbanked is at an all time low.

• Aspen – down 2%

• AmWins Value – down 3%

• Pronto – down 3%

• Fenix - up 24% (liability only)

• Venture General - up 9%

• Louis A Williams - up 4%
